Commercial environments generally have an entirely different set of requirements to residential ones. Whether it be a school, hospital, aged-care facility, corporate office, restaurant or a hotel, they all require a specific product knowledge in order to achieve the desired results – both aesthetically, practically and to comply with site-specific safety requirements.
Often these projects are in highly sensitive environments where total respect for the occupants is paramount. Pip and her installers understand this and work closely with the managers of the facility or site to ensure the least amount of disruption occurs.
Furnishings in these extremely high-use environments come under rigorous use on a daily basis by many different people so all the products specified are chosen and manufactured to withstand these demands. Pip works closely with suppliers of contract-grade products to ensure that the fabrics and components used on each project are fit for purpose.
Over the past 20 years Pip has managed many small and large-scale commercial projects including child care centres, rest homes, hospitals, hotels, schools and large offices. Below is a selection of some of the projects she has completed since starting McKenzie House in 2012.
If you have a commercial project, however large or small, that you would like to discuss with Pip please contact her by email email@example.com or call her on 021 241 9444.
