Delivery timeframes: 
Fabric only: 1-4 weeks. Any delays to this timeframe will be advised by email within 48 hours of purchase at which time you will be given the option of cancelling your order within 48 hours to receive a full refund.
 
Custom made furnishings: 4-8 weeks depending on fabric and workroom availability at the time of ordering.
 
Returns: 
Fabric only: This fabric is cut to order and cannot be returned unless it is found to be flawed or incorrect. Please check your fabric thoroughly before cutting it. Flawed or incorrect fabric MUST remain uncut to qualify for a refund/exchange.
 
Custom made furnishings: Cannot be returned under any circumstances unless the fabric is found to be flawed or McKenzie House has made an error.
